Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It is used only by me personally and 1 other. I use it when I’m working remotely or when it’s off-hours and I need to gain on-site access.

I have only dealt with them for a setup issue which was resolved immediately.
I definitely feel the site is safe and secure.
We were up and running in less than a half-hour. We had a small glitch but after contacting them it was a user error and was corrected immediately.

I love the capability to take over my on-site computer desktop at any given time. There is sometimes a small lag or kicked-off program but overall very useful and helpful.
