Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I use Splashtop to access our store's back office machine, which is the only way to manage certain aspects of the store. It works flawlessly and is great for managing the store even when I can't be there in person. A great feature is that you can print out documents to the local computer for people on-site to grab.

- Reduce latency.
- Warning message on active PC so it isn't accidentally used while being controlled.
- More allowed users for the price point.
- We haven't measured the numbers for Splashtop specifically.
- It has definitely allowed us to get more done.
- Your time management is greatly enhanced being able to work from home.
Splashtop Enterprise security definitely matters in a business-like the UPS Store with a lot of customers' personal information. There is also the security of the store itself that needs to be protected, which is why only one PC is allowed to access the administrative features of the store. Splashtop Enterprise allows us to access those resources no matter where we are, safely, and securely.
The onboarding experience with Splashtop Enterprise was hassle-free and easy to follow. We did not have any issues setting up the service.
