Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

In healthcare, it can be imperative to have access to information. Splashtop Enterprise provides us with that backup when our VPN is down. It is HIPAA compliant.
  • Ease of use.
  • Multiple users.
  • Ability to jump into multiple computers quickly.
  • **VERY IMPORTANT** We should have the option to have the host computer's monitor should remain blank when logged in & that does not work.
  • A computer should be able to be in more than one Computer Group.
  • Everything seems harder to see than when I VPN/RDP into the computer even using Ultraframe.
  • When a patient requires emergency care and we need to see information, Splashtop Enterprise is there for us.
Splashtop Enterprise's support is very good.
We are very pleased that Splashtop Enterprise is HIPAA compliant.
Splashtop Enterprise is extremely easy to use. We were up and running almost immediately.

Splashtop works very well for transferring files. Unfortunately, I don't use it as my primary go-to as it is so much harder to see the remote screen in Splashtop Enterprises.
