Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Splashtop allows me to easily remotely work with clients to help with accounting and bookkeeping questions. Clients like the ease of setup and appreciate that there is no permanent access to their computer, alleviating security concerns.
- Interface/share computer screens between myself and clients
- Remotely Access work computer when necessary
- Remote Printing Feature, can print to the work printer or a home printer
- Can view multiple screens or switch between screens
- Sending access invite is sometimes difficult but I'm not super techy
- The screen resolution between the large work screen and a smaller laptop screen sometimes makes viewing documents difficult
- Saves commuting time back and forth to clients
- Clients can get immediate help, don't have to come to my office or wait until I can go to their office
- Allows work remotely either planned or due to unexpected circumstances
The product is very good. It meets my needs without exception. The security features seem to be on par with other software out there.
It was pretty simple, took me less than 1 hour.
Yes - We changed computer systems, IT support, and our software. The previous software LogMeIn was getting too expensive and didn't work seamlessly with our computers and our clients.
