Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

By administrative department only, Use when need to be out of the office by myself for accounting and to manage the administrative department. No problems were addressed.

Pros

  • Easy login.
  • Complete access to our software and individual computer.

Cons

  • Difficulty adding a printer out of the office.
  • Able to keep payments posted for accounts receivable even when out of office.
  • To be able to access a patient or account when needed if not in office.
  • The only negative I have is trying to print from a printer at home.
Very easy.
I feel Splashtop is top-notch on everything I have experienced.
Onboarding is very easy and quick. No time lapse unless an internet issue.

For anyone needing to work remotely from a laptop or home computer, this is the simplest program I have ever used. Well suited for anyone needing to access their software or individual work computer. Easy to use and log in to different locations.
