Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic started in March 2020, Splashtop has been used by all my staff that were working from home. All employees can easily access their desktop at the office with ease. We are currently using it on a regular basis.
- Access our accounting software.
- Use Splashtop to access the desktop for all emails and banking for the office.
- Retrieve files currently stored on the desktop.
- Currently, printing to the local printer is not working
- Would be easier if local printing was easily accessible instead of printing to PDF and emailing it back to print locally.
- Save time on travel
Splashtop is a secured remote access and having the device verification would add another layer of security.
From installing, setup on computer to getting up and running took a matter of minutes. It was extremely fast.
