Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We use Splashtop top to remote into our office computers for ease in telecommuting for our sales, finance, and administrative teams.

Pros

  • The ability to access office computers remotely, allows us to use desktop files and programs.
  • Ability to print in the office.

Cons

  • It would be nice to be able to use two screens when using accessing the office.
  • Splashtop has allowed our sales force to continue to work effectively during pandemic times.
I haven't had to contact Splashtop support.
Splashtop could be a bit more secure.
I had help from our contract tech support.

Splashtop is well suited if you work on one project at a time. It is not very efficient when it is necessary to work with multiple documents or programs.
