Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

We work from home a lot so we access our desktop computers through our company laptops. It’s used across the whole organization. It addresses the need to work from home because we rotate between being on call so we can’t obviously be in the office 24/7 when we are on call.

Pros

  • user friendly
  • Never freezes

Cons

  • i can't think of any
  • we wouldn't be able to work outside of the office if we didn't have it & we do that a lot

I don't really have much experience with the security aspect so i can't really say. I mean i believe the main person on the account can access all of our laptops if they needed too but that’s not an issue.

I personally have never ran into any issues with Splashtop. it just makes working from home very easy. The only issue I’ve had is if I accidentally power down my computer at work then obviously I can’t access it at home since it is shut off. That is a user problem though, not Splashtop.
