Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop
Splashtop has been invaluable during this pandemic and I can see that it will be a huge help beyond it. I am able to log in remotely whenever necessary. I am also able to access a second location when that is necessary as well. Splashtop has a great interface, but my one complaint would be that I wish it was easier to switch between two monitors when I am only able to access from one monitor. I frequently hide the top toolbar as it blocks the top menu bar in my accounting software, but then I have to unhide it to switch monitors. It just feels a tad clunky. It would be awesome if they had a small button that could hover (and that perhaps you could place wherever it is most convenient) whether or not the toolbar is hidden. Aside from that, it has been an extremely useful tool for our company.

Splashtop's security has been excellent. We have had no issues with security and accessing or utilizing the remote access features.
As I recall we got Splashtop up and running rather quickly at the moment when we first realized that several of us would not be able to come in the office due to COVID protocols. We were able to set up and confirm access in a matter of fewer than 2 hours (including travel time to the remote locations). This kept us up and running with little downtime, and the ability to be flexible for the remote users.
Yes - We had previously used GoToMyPC but at a point, the cost outweighed the benefits and we decided to stop using it. When searching for a new remote access software, we also considered (and tried) RemotePC but ended up finding that Splashtop was superior to our needs.
