Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

Splashtop Enterprise allows me to remote into my client's computers in order to assist them with their problems. Additionally, I have set up several machines so that I can access them remotely for updates, etc. This system has helped my business tremendously, especially during the pandemic.

Excellent encryption and security features.
Very fast! It only took 2-3 minutes to give someone remote assistance and about 5 minutes to get a PC setup for remote access.

Remote support is utilized by sending a user a link, downloading a file, installing the program, and letting me know the 9-digit code. There are occasional issues with users that do not understand how their specific browser works with downloads, but otherwise, it works great. Remote access can be added to a computer by downloading the appropriate program, installing it, and adding that computer to my group. This gives me instant access to PCs or servers that are regularly updated, etc.
