Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
I was looking for a remote desktop solution to replace TeamViewer. I remotely support 8 different PCs in my family (including 2 macs). But since I often support them during the day, it requires I do them from my office at times. The TeamViewer software determined this was professional support and would not allow access any longer, despite sending them a written declaration. I've given Splashtop a try and love it. And the cost is so much more reasonable. When our company contract comes up for renewal, I'll be switching the entire building to Splashtop.
