Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
It is being used by certain departments, specifically the ones that have been working from home. It allows us to access important files on our work computers, in order to be able to complete the necessary work from our home as we were not to go into the office due to COVID-19 restrictions.
- Quick support when needed.
- Usually issues have been on our end, such as an electrical surge turning off work computers.
- Everything I needed it for was fairly easy to use. I specifically liked how I could just drag and drop.
- I'm not sure.
I believe it met the security needs just fine as we have not had any issues as of yet. The device verification and authentication were not much of a hassle.
That felt as though it took some more time than it should have, but I wonder if that was mainly on the manager's end of not knowing such a solution existed early on.
