Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
It is being used by the Accounting Admin for remote access when the weather restricts commuting, or to allow for immediate access during off-hours to manage critical processes.
- Secure access.
- Flexible plans.
- Reasonable cost.
- Easy to deploy.
- Very restrictive, can only access two workstations.
- find remote access logs difficult to access, would like to see the system automatically generate and email them.
- No longer any issues with employee commute in bad weather. The employee is able to work from home and have full access to their computer system.
Splashtop can be configured to select the security features that best meet the needs of their organization within the settings.
I was able to set up my secure remote access in less than a half-hour.
