Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

It's being used across the organization for remote access and user support.
  • Reliable remote access with interruption.
  • View multiple monitors on one screen.
  • The wake feature (to bring the system from sleep) is hit or miss.
  • I'm on the road a lot, so being able to remote into my host computer from my phone is clutch. It allows me to access files I don't have saved to the cloud.
  • Splashtop has been the most reliable of the 4 programs I have tried. Both are affordable and efficient.
I've only needed to contact Splashtop like twice in the 2 years I have used it. I have gotten a quick response each time.
The security features are very helpful in controlling who has access to what.
I was up and running in less than 10 minutes. That includes installing the software on 4 devices.
Yes - Splashtop replaced both TeamViewer and RemotePC.

Splashtop is best suited when dealing with multiple monitors. This is what keeps me from just using the Windows Native Remote program. The mobile app has saved me quite a few times when out on the road.
