Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS
I was first introduced to Splashtop SOS by a colleague and liked it but was already in an expensive competitive product contract. I got my first full time use when I started using Atera RMM as it was already included with that product. I really started to enjoy working with the Splashtop product and found it to be just as responsive, clear quality video and had all of the features I needed. This RMM tool also featured integration with Splashtop SOS. Once my contract was up with the significantly more expensive competing product I made the full switch to Splashtop SOS and I have not looked back. I have all the features I need and it works great. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to friends, family, and colleagues. The savings you get with Splashtop too can't be beat. Keep up the good work, you have a customer for life.

I have not looked at TeamViewer in quite some time but I found Splashtop SOS for me to be at least a 1 to 1 feature switch. And right now connecting to mobile devices to see a customers screen is included with Splashtop SOS and it is a real value add. I hope it says that way. TeamViewer is just too expensive in comparison.
