Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS
Splashtop SOS is used to provide remote support and training to users of Apple products - MacBook, iPhone, and iPad.
- Screen response time is exceptional - no lack like with others we used in the past.
- Intuitive UI - even novice users have no issues.
- Attended and unattended access options (latter does not apply it iOS devices, however).
- Nothing comes to mind.
- Value.
- Ease of deployment.
- Performance (no screen lag).
- Much happier than when using Team Viewer or Any Desk.
- AnyDesk and TeamViewer
Competitors did not have the same great level of performance. Had more disconnects with those as well.
