Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr

My company used Sprinklr on behalf of one of our clients. We used it for social media content scheduling and reporting. It proved to be a beneficial tool which saved us time and money by having all of the necessary capabilities we needed all within the platform.

Pros

  • Content Organization
  • Content Scheduling
  • Reporting
  • Tagging/Labeling Capabilities for Reporting

Cons

  • Customer Service and reps are slow to respond and unhelpful at times.
  • Initial set up of content labels and tags is confusing and complicated.
  • Platform training was sub-par from the Sprinklr team.
1 - Sprinklr was used to fulfill client content and reporting needs. It allowed our team to post content, monitor comments on posts, and report on monthly and quarterly performance. The data acquired through Sprinklr is what lead to our strategic content planning decisions and recommendations.
  • Allowed for easy content management saving time and money for our company
  • Provided exportable PDF reports to be shared with our client
  • Allowed multiple user access and logins for team coordination
Sprinklr has similar content scheduling and organization capabilities as many social media solutions out there. I'd say these features are about the same as other tools, however, the reporting dashboard and widgets separate Sprinklr from the pack. Sprinklr reports are easy to customize and export for immediate client delivery.
Sprinklr works great for clients that need content scheduling capabilities and basing reporting information with simple charts and graphs. Sprinklr does not work well for seeding content to multiple local Facebook pages (i.e.: specific local restaurant locations) from the larger brand page. This capability is all that was missing for my team to complete our content tasks. We used YEXT to seed content to local level Facebook pages.
