Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We use Sprout Social to manage the university's Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts. We mostly use those accounts to make announcements, offer news and information, and do some public relations and marketing.
- We love the Sprout Link feature to connect our Instagram users with URLs we are directing them to.
- We love the flexibility to schedule across platforms in bulk or individually at optimal post times.
- We regularly use the analytics reports to report to our higher-ups what benchmarks we achieved.
- Lately, it seems Sprout Social has difficulty with the new Instagram API.
- We regularly have to reconnect our LinkedIn business page, like every three months.
- We depend on the analytics, especially the profile and post reports. We like the flexibility to customize the date range of results.
- We wish we could customize the comparison range when selecting a date range in analytics reports.
