Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We currently use Sprout Social to organize, manage and post our social content and respond to messages specifically on Facebook. We also use it to look at social analytics. Our social and customer service department uses Sprout Social the most. We sometimes use the assigned task functionality as well to divide up work.

I haven't used Hootsuite in years. But we switched over because Hootsuite would allow you to schedule content in advance but you would still have to publish within an app on your phone. Sprout Social published on its own once schedule in the software. Sprout Social also offered more integrations with various social platforms and more robust analytics tools.

Overall I feel like it is a great social content publishing tool. I do feel like it can improve upon its software by offering more integrations with other sister software, like influencer marketing software and offer more integrations with other popular social media platforms like TikTok.
We have not had a lot of technical issues with Sprout social but the interactions have been in a timely manor.
Sprout social is useful for brands that are trying to streamline their processes and have a small headcount. It allows you to schedule content in advance, get analytics about your social accounts, and makes it easier to respond to consumers on the platforms they integrate with.
