Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social
We use Sprout to schedule content, host drafted content, and share planned content with the team. We also track the performance of campaigns, profiles, posts, and competitors and use it to find old content.

- Sharing capabilities via links for my team.
Cons
- Customer service.
- Communication with clients.
- Onboarding employees who are new to a company that used Sprout before they joined.
- Posting to Instagram.
- Saving time.
- Less head count need.
