Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social for Content organization and calendar. Scheduling posts and providing one place for all social media analytics for all social media platforms in one place. It also provides competitive research and listening that we would not be able to gather or access. Sprout helps put everything we need in one place. It is easy to use for the whole team which we did not have before.

It is easy to use at first especially since the account came with a Sprout Social representative that went through courses of the platform which helped us learn how to use the platform. She was very nice and patient and helped us along the way and answered any questions we had.
Sprout Social has everything each of these platforms have individually but put all in one. Sprout doesn't split everything up, it is easy to use and helps my team keep everything in one platform. Sprout also doesn't fail posts like Hootsuite did which made us switch.

My company used Hootsuite, and it did not meet any of our needs. Switching to Sprout Social saved our business and helped us achieve all we needed to achieve. When it comes to analytics it lacks a bit of user friendly and beginner understanding to how clients or members that are not usually familiar with analytics or kpis of social media.
