I am a social media manager who uses Sprout daily to schedule social posts and analytics reports. Sprout helps me so that I can batch schedule weeks of posts at a time for my roster of clients. The analytics feature helps me report learnings to clients to inform them how social posts perform.
Pros
- Interface makes scheduling posts easy, similar to scheduling in-app.
- Great tagging system to target specific posts to look at.
- Accurate analytics reports.
Cons
- With social media constantly changing, sometimes Sprout's features are not the most up-to-date.
- Scheduling for TikTok is not indicative of how we actually post TikToks in-app.
- Data analytics have been deprecated due to platform limitations.
- Sprout saves time; instead of waiting by my phone to press "post," I can ensure posts are scheduled and will go live when I want them to.
- Sprout has built client trust, as clients trust the analytics we provide.
