Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

I use Sprout Social as a social media publishing and analyzing tool. It helps me streamline social media management, including responding to comments. I have a team member who also uses it, making it easy for us to understand what we're doing and plan.

  • Some analytics aren't available unless you go premium.
  • They have a tag system to help you better organize and analyze. I wish it were color-coded.

Yes, Sprout Social has helped us measure and improve. For instance, we noticed from the data how well certain types of videos performed compared to others. Now, we are re-focusing our content efforts on those videos.
Overall, Sprout Social is very user-friendly. I only wish it had color coding for different types of content. We have many service lines and things to touch on, and it would help if I could see at a glance how the mix is of what we're doing.

Sprout Social is a very easy-to-use, intuitive tool. It makes social media management a breeze, and the analytics are good, too. I like that the company is constantly adding features to help make things easier. For instance, it seemed like just as we were saying how we wish Sprout Social would allow us to do an Instagram collab post, a week later, it was available!
