Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

Sprout Social is used for my company's social media planning and scheduling. We have used other scheduling platforms in the past and Sprout is hands down the best software out there. I've had cases where other platforms aren't as user-friendly and as efficient as my experience with Sprout Social. I've noticed that with Sprout Social, it's "best time to post" based on industry engagements is one of my absolute favorite features, and will be the very reason why I stay with this platform for the foreseeable future.

Pros

  • Best Time To Post Feature - based on industry engagement
  • Rescheduling feature is easy to use, calendar view it's a simple drag and drop
  • Instagram grid planner is a huge game changer!

Cons

  • I don't love that our sent stories shows up in our "posted" calendar view. I wish I could filter that out
  • Time saving software
We don't typically measure the ROI for social media posting. We essentially use this as a brand awareness tool and to stay in contact with our builders who share new home construction progress. From time to time we stay in contact with our remodeling customers and utilize social media as a "referral tool" for future customers.
Integrating our social media platforms with Sprout Social is incredibly easy, I have no other notes. You simply just select the platform under the integration column, select what social platform you want to login to, put in your credentials and then you're done. Easy peasy.
This software is incredibly efficient, especially after using other platforms before moving to Sprout. I'm impressed with how user friendly this platform was to learn how to use when onboarding. Features that I love are best time to post and Instagram grid planner.
I have to say, I hated how old school Loomly and Hootsuite software seemed to have. With using Loomly, it took a lot of clicks to get a simple task completed. Hootsuite was on a trial basis, and I just didn't like the usability. Loomly was great for the analytics, but everything else about it, Sprout Social does a better job on user experience.

I have used other software in the past, but they were not as efficient in our social media planning. There was a lot of clicks to get one simple task done. I feel that Sprout Social has a really good grasp on the efficiency of social media planning, and it's really helpful to know when the best times to post, that feature is probably my favorite feature.
