Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social for advanced scheduling of social media content as well as for reporting out data to our board of directors. We are closely monitoring and utilizing Sprout Social daily to keep a pulse of our brand image, content performance and overall health of our organization in the social space.

  • Massive time savings and valuable for staff use
We are able to pull reporting to review tag performance and adjust our social strategy as needed. We also are able to pull valuable comprehensive data across platforms to share with our board of directors to showcase the value and impact of our social media strategy.
I think Sprout Social is very user-friendly but some of the reports are organized in a difficult to understand way.

Sprout Social is well suited for advanced content planning, campaign planning, segmenting content and understanding what performs well with our audience. However, the collaboration tools are lacking specifically with Facebook and I am looking forward to the day that trending audio is available for reel creation and scheduling in the app.
