Overall Satisfaction with Square POS

We use Square POS for merchandise within the organization and it has never been easier or faster to complete a transaction! The user interface has been thought through because it is so user friendly and easy to learn. There are many features like reports, inventory, etc. that has always been hard to manage prior to using Square.
  • Multiple features more than POS: inventory, reports, data, payment options, and more.
  • Modern and up to date.
  • Simple and easy to transport.
  • Sometimes the swiper does not read the card strip.
  • Square has saved a tremendous amount of money on bulky POS systems that we don't need.
Square has so many upgrades and additional features that you can customize it to whatever works best for you!
Square's customer service is outstanding! The sales reps were highly knowledgeable and the customer service reps have been able to answer every question I've had.
Square POS has been a game-changer! It is so easy to process transactions and pretty much all of my customers are familiar with it (and have even shown me how to do things!).

Square has made it easier for organizations to make sales and keep track of items. The best part for me is how easy it is to transport from one location to another. You are never stuck behind a register!
