Overall Satisfaction with Square POS
Square POS is instrumental in all day to day operations of my business. It allows for seamless payments and helps maintain the quality experience our clients expect from all of our services. It's easy to use terminal and well thought UI facilitates efficient transactions with very high levels of accuracy.
Pros
- System is very easy to set up.
- Hardware is fast.
- Software is very user friendly.
- Integration with the rest of the Square ecosystem is excellent.
Cons
- Self checkout options would be great.
- Integration with digital weight scales.
- QR code payments.
- Onboarding / training time has been reduced by 60%.
- Shrink has been reduced by almost 30%.
- Consistent under 40 second transaction times.
In our experience, every solution we tried in the past never fully met our needs. They always came with shortcomings and / or compromises. Square POS is the first solution we have tried that offers everything our business needs and provides us with enough room for our business to continue to grow without having to think about switching platforms.
