Overall Satisfaction with SurePayroll
I've used SurePayroll for the past six years for my community foundation, and I added it two years ago for another nonprofit org for which I volunteer. SurePayroll handles all payroll tax updates, filings, and even preps W-2s. The time I save on the HR portion of my job is incredible. I'm extremely pleased with the SurePayroll product.

- Ease of use, user-friendly

- Tax filings
- I would like to be able to export in rows, not columns
- SurePayroll is a tad more expensive than QuickBooks, but it's WAY better to use. The cost is worth it.
- I have much more time to concentrate on more pressing aspects of my CFO responsibilities since using SurePayroll.
QuickBooks was not user-friendly, tech support was nonexistent, and I still had to file federal and state filings. SurePayroll takes care of all that for me.
