Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used SurveyMonkey both internally with staff, and externally with previous and current clients to capture data on performance, and experience. It allows us to collect data in an efficient way, with reports that are easy to navigate, and allow us to see an overview of data, but also dial in to specifics.

It is quick and simple to build surveys with a wide range of available question formats. It is also easy to access by respondents and can be quickly and thoroughly filled in with little effort. SurveyMonkey's response collection and report review is easy to navigate and allows a variety of ways to review data.

Support Rating

I have not had to utilize the support option yet, but based on its in-depth functionality and ease of use - it seems the right things are happening behind the scenes. I appreciate the continuous access to support as needed, as this is a very important component of a good product.

SurveyMonkey is a great tool to collect data in a variety of scenarios. It can be used internally as a tool for employee engagement and feedback. It is also great for quality assurance with past and present clients. It's ease of access, and extensive options for building surveys make it a tool worth utilizing.
