Overall Satisfaction with SurveyMonkey

I used [SurveyMonkey] to set up a survey for limited use in a non-profit organization and was surprised when the survey responses topped more than 40 that I could not access the results. This was not made clear when I was setting up the survey. I had used SurveyMonkey in the past with my organization, however it had switched over to another platform. I formerly trusted SurveyMonkey.
  • Easy to set up survey questions
  • More and more features are moving to paid functionality
  • Negative impact due to hidden costs
  • Not upfront about how limited the features are for 'free' version

Easy to use but when trying to use the free version you will quickly learn how limited its offerings.
Service not available/digital service assistant - hard to get an actual person
FAQs not clear
If you are going to use extremely frequently [SurveyMonkey] may be worth it; but if you are a smaller user, beware of their marketing practices and negative optioning.
