The Customer Care department uses TalkDesk as a whole. The Customer Care team uses it to communicate with our customers regarding our product.
Pros
- Ease of use. The interface is very user-friendly and appealing.
- It is very efficient and lowers our call time because cases are automatically connected to customers.
Cons
- Some calls don't connect correctly.
- Sometimes calls don't answer or glitch.
- It helps our Customer Care team provide excellent customer service because it is efficient and effective.
I have not used any similar products.
