Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

The Customer Care department uses TalkDesk as a whole. The Customer Care team uses it to communicate with our customers regarding our product.

Pros

  • Ease of use. The interface is very user-friendly and appealing.
  • It is very efficient and lowers our call time because cases are automatically connected to customers.

Cons

  • Some calls don't connect correctly.
  • Sometimes calls don't answer or glitch.
  • It helps our Customer Care team provide excellent customer service because it is efficient and effective.
I have not used any similar products.
TalkDesk if very helpful for Customer Care teams. It helps create an excellent customer experience because it is an effective and efficient medium of communication.
