Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk's platform supported the Member Care team during a very busy time for inbound phone calls. There were few instances that calls would drop but for the most part, it was helpful. Although the entire organization had access, my department used it the most for inbound and outbound phone calls. Our customers appreciated being able to contact us for assistance.
Pros
- Inbound calling.
- Outbound calling.
- Converting conversations to MP3 format.
- Being able to answer a phone call from any open tab.
Cons
- Wasn't always easy to look up a customer's phone history.
- Glitching would require us to re-load the web page.
- Transcriptions weren't the best.
- Positive as we were growing and adapting the best systems.
