Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk has made my life easier. Super fast service and a great experience. A really user-friendly tool for our daily communication with clients, colleagues, and suppliers. The service is being used across the Sales, Marketing and Planning departments.
  • Fast service.
  • No technical issues at all.
  • Very detailed reports to measure demand.
  • None that I see at the moment.
  • It is not my role to measure the ROI of this product so I cannot answer this.
  • It has definitely had a positive impact for us though.
I haven't had experience with any similar products.
Talkdesk does well for any daily communication that is needed.
