It is being used by all of our company, finance, sales, planning, managers, etc.

  • Tracking and monitoring calls.
  • Linking to Salesforce.
  • Cuts out sometimes.
  • Call quality is sometimes not 100%.
  • Positive as it can help us track history of calls with clients.
  • Positive as we can listen back and make sure staff follow protocol.
