Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
We use Talkdesk on a daily basis to make and receive calls from lots of returning and prospective clients. This is used by our sales and planning teams. As we have many different venues this means we can call our clients from any location without being tied to our desks which is great!
Pros
- Excellent quality of calls
- You can log client details as soon as the call has finished
- You can see who is calling before you answer the phone
Cons
- Make it easier to change between statuses
- Very good
