Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk is currently used in one department/division of our company. It is being used specifically by our help-desk department.
- Reliability - We face very little downtime with Talkdesk. It is a very reliable and stable product.
- Resilience - Talkdesk is able to hold up to our highest call volumes as well as drastic shifts in volumes.
- Support - In the rare case that we do have an issue, support is quick to respond and resolve. Our account rep goes above and beyond for us too!
- There isn't a lot of customization in the reporting functions. Their pre-built reports are great, but I would like to see more ability to build our own reports with the stats that matter most to us.
- Our previous software wasn't cutting it for us. We were limited in a lot of areas. As a company with many different support brands and contact information, Talkdesk allows us to be truly multifaceted in one program.
