Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

TalkDesk is an amazing service for our call center to help our members with comments, questions or concerns. It’s an easy to use service with great integrations along with helpful support. It has tons of tutorial videos along with certifications that can be taken to help become a master of TalkDesk.

TalkDesk is well suited for call center scenarios that members need a place to reach out to, to have comments, questions or concerns answered in a timely manner. It has an amazing live report system to see how many callers are working, busy or available also to be able to see who’s in the queue waiting and missed calls.
