Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is being used by the sales, implementation, and support departments of the company. The link with Salesforce is very important for us.
  • Connections to other providers (Salesforce) makes organization and logging calls super easy.
  • Coaching through calls via listening in on others' calls provides a good teaching tool.
  • Logging calls for future review is super helpful.
  • There are sometimes gaps in service.
  • Simplifies the sales process.
There have been a few times where the service went down and they were attentive and fixed the issue quickly.
