Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

I really enjoy Talkdesk. I think the whole thing is very easy to use. It is very user-friendly. I have noticed some sound issues at times but overall I really enjoy using it. We answer and make outbound calls to people and it has never had issues. There have been certain bugs here and there but overall it is very reliable.
  • You are able to answer calls and there are no glitches.
  • It is very fast.
  • I enjoy the Talkdesk call bar which is a smaller version fo Talkdesk where you can wait for calls but not have the whole Talkdesk site up.
  • It can have random bugs.
  • It can be slow when there are bugs.
  • We can make outbound calls fast.
  • We can take a lot of inbound calls.
It's been our favorite to use in comparison to other similar products and we will continue to use Talkdesk!
I rarely have issues so I barely have to talk to support!
