Overall Satisfaction with Tealium Customer Data Hub

We utilize Tealium to develop our audiences in set-it-and-forget-it formats. These audiences are pushed to various end platforms, ensuring that the same users are targeted across channels.

Pros

  • Audiences through Rules Engines.
  • Guidance of User Interface.

Cons

  • Day-over-day tracking of audience changes would be ideal (though I know it is difficult bandwidth-wise)
  • Reliability
  • Ease of use.
  • I don't think this question is realistic. Customer Data HUB does not work in isolation and, therefore, cannot be seen as the impact driver for things like customer retention.
The support team at Tealium is really great. Even if they do not have an answer immediately, they always try to find the information needed to address the issue.

I would recommend Tealium for larger enterprises, where data access across platforms is needed in real time and on a frequent basis. I am less likely to recommend Tealium for smaller businesses where scale is not necessary to accomplish business goals.
