Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

I used Teamviewer in my previous company. My personal experience with Teamviewer is that it allowed me to share the screen with very limited URL sharing. Requesting control over the other person's screen was an easy task via entering the teamviewer id. That encouraged me to continue using teamviewer for other purposes such as attending live training sessions.
  • Screen sharing with users irrespective of their availability in network or out of enterprise network.
  • No web URL sharing whatsoever. Just the teamviewer ID can connect you quickly.
  • Less time consuming since hosting features and attendee features are clearly visible.
  • TeamViewer should add more language translations.
  • I think with current competition teamviewer should reduce the costs especially for individual use and corporate use.
  • TeamViewer should also increase the user profiles per license.
  • I think the TeamViewer had little negative impact, the only reason I remember is after a session has been recorded the file is extremely large to save.
  • The positive impact I recall is that it is easy to initiate the desktop sharing.
  • Communication pattern is a little attractive during the meeting or any session.
Although I have used TeamViewer in my previous job, the reason I am using teamViewer now is because of my company's licensure agreement with WebEx Meetings. However in my past experience I think TeamViewer made some easy to use features for IDs and passwords with which an individual can easily login without even sharing the URL links as compared to competitor's products.
TeamViewer is well suited for small businesses and individuals.
