Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Teamviewer allows me to quickly resolve issues and guide employees remotely through their payroll or HR issues with various software systems. It is not just a tool for resolving problems, but also a great tool for teaching people remotely.

Pros

  • Remote screen control and the ability to reverse the screen views between their view and mine.
  • Easy access to transfer files between desktops.
  • Love being able to copy and paste between computers.

Cons

  • File transfer box likes to close by itself. I have to re-open it at times
  • Being a nationwide company, it allows me to interact with many of our work-from-home employees, saving travel expenses ...
  • VNC
Just seems easier and more reliable to use...more professional...
Great for one-on-one interaction and tech support.
