Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
It is being used by a department whereby we use this to remote support users within the ASEAN region. The main usage of this software is to provide IT support to users within and outside of the office with ease. Teamviewer has been very helpful and easy to use for all the users.
Pros
- Easy to use interface.
- No installation required.
- Smooth and quick connection.
- Smooth and fast connection.
Cons
- Need to work on license renewal pricing, this is a typical way to drive existing customers away when they wanted to renew their licenses.
- Seems to get money minded as [they] kept asking us to renew but only provided a less than 10% discount for getting a new corporate license.
- Teamviewer saves the time and cost for an IT team or department to spend exclusive hours traveling to the user's location to support users by having the flexibility to remote support to perform initial troubleshooting or findings.
TeamViewer features a lot of useful tools and functions that we may or may not think of using. However, this means that TeamViewer has been trying their best to accommodate the customer's requirement. We would love to see more innovative and useful functions implemented in the upcoming TeamViewer upgrade.
