Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We use TeamViewer to support our customers on a daily basis. And also our organization's IT team used to solve my system problems with this tool. TeamViewer is an amazing tool that works perfectly for work and personal stuff. It is used to resolve issues related to computer software immediately, by taking control of the computer facing the issue and resolving it. The main purpose of this product in my company is for our service desk team to be able to connect to our machines remotely and then fix issues for us.
  • Easy to provide the ID to let service desk team member to connect to the employee device.
  • Easy access to transfer files between desktops.

  • It should have a feature for recording.
  • More controls
  • People are able to address technical issues without physically going to the PC in question.

In my opinion, TeamViewer is the best FREE remote desktop control available. But we are using Lync as a primary tool for communication. Overall, TeamViewer is the best because of the tiers and ease of use.
I recommend TeamViewer for a company that requires remote support for employees or clients because it's easy to use and deploy. It really does all you would expect it to do. I would easily recommend it as the go-to software for remote controlling a computer.It allows us easy and quick access to the client's computer without the knowledge of remote software configuration or downloads on their side.
