Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

TeamViewer is mostly used by sales and support departments for online meetings and presentations with our clients.

Pros

  • Allows 2 form factor authentication.
  • Allows remote control.

Cons

  • No recording feature
  • Not easy to understand for first-time users
  • Increased customer satisfaction
TeamViewer is best for remote control no doubt. But for online meetings and presentations, I prefer online tools like appear.in.
I use TeamViewer for remote control of my personal laptop at home. In regards to the online meetings and presentations, we only use TeamViewer occasionally because we discovered that some online tools are easier for our customers to use for a connection.
