Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

Currently, it's only used in my department. This program helps us to make pair programming with our distributed peers. Also, it's useful to resolve critical issues from outside office.
  • Teamviewer provides high-quality and secure remote connections.
  • It's very easy to use and set up.
  • Meeting option allows sharing screen with your peers. It's possible to use a whiteboard to show your presentation.
  • Is impossible to configure in version 13 the screen resolution, the session quality or record the session. At least in LinuxMint
  • I use this program access to my office machine. It allows me to resolve critical bugs in the software development process when I am outside the area.
  • I can do pair programming with my coworker who is on another continent.

I have the possibility to add devices as contacts with a user account. It's the chosen application to use in my department. The program is so lightweight and reliable.
