Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is being used across my organization as a partially main remote desktop tool for remote connecting. It is used to connect to our clients' File Servers and perform our technical work. It is a well secured connection and it has two-factor authentication level security, which can leave a great feeling of security to your customers.

- You can just share credentials for one session to the other user, and you don't have to worry that they will connect to your computer without your approval in the future.

- Team Viewer does not work through the proxy servers, which is a great minus for anyone that wants to be cautious about their presence on the open network.

TeamViewer has been out there for years, amongst the first remote tools that were ever published. It is well known for its simplicity and clear design. It is really easy to use and easy to set up almost without any technical knowledge which is not the deal with its competitors.
