Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used across my whole organization. Across all departments the software is utilized specifically to solve the problem of project collaboration. With teamviewer we are able to collaborate with colleagues across different departments to ensure we deliver projects in good time and to make sure we are in unison during collaborating on a project.
- Teamview has a very intuitive and friendly user interface. This makes it time saving since no need to go through any form of training.
- Teamview also transmits both sound and image signals and I can therefore listen to sound notifications from a PC I am connected to.
- It is also provided for free and this means my organization saves on finances instead of purchasing other software.
- Updates are also made frequently to cover the latest aspects as well and this helps in resolving previous version issues.
- The bandwidth consumption is quite hefty. This is an area they can improve for better customer experience
- If guest login is not set, then TeamView requires a user present on the other end to accept a connection request.
- TeamViewer has saved my company a great deal of time, my team members and I are able to deploy our solutions to our overseas customers without having to travel there.
