Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
TeamViewer is used to establish remote sessions with a particular vendor in a particular situation. It is used when we need to work with the vendor on a PCI compliant network segment in our environment. It is being used by certain members in our enterprise information technology department. It addresses the need to collaborate with vendors on support calls.
- Establishes a secure encrypted connection between two parties.
- Works on a limited speed connection very well.
- It is easy to setup and configure.
- It is easy to obtain, download and install and get up and running quickly.
- This may already exist but a place to save multiple session information would be handy.
- Continuing to pay attention to security and the issues that it brings.
- Offer additional levels of payed subscription.
- One option in a small number of remote sharing choices keeps supporting it easy.
- Screen sharing is easy to setup and configure allowing for quick setup and use.
- Small cost for big return on investment.
The software was cheap and easy to obtain, configure and support. We have had good experiences with TeamViewer and everyone in our organization who has had experience with it has nothing but positive things to say. The company seems to take security seriously and we have not had any issues to worry about recently.
