I am using TeamViewer to remotely access my office computer. Also during online meetings TeamViewer is also useful. Multiple people can work at the same time in the same project. File transfer is also easy. TeamViewer gives remote access from anywhere in the world to my office and laboratory computers.
- Remote accessibility to personal and office computers.
- Multiple people can access the same computer remotely at the same time.
- Easy to use. Only ID and password are required to access the computer. And customized ID and password can be set.
- Different versions need to be compatible with each other.
- Sometimes screen gets hung-up.
- File transfer functionality is a little bit difficult to use. It can be improved further.
- TeamViewer gives me easy remote access to my personal computer.
- File transfer is also easier during remotely-accessed sessions via TeamViewer.
- Multiple people can remotely access at the same time during the online meeting.
TeamViewer is easier to use and has more flexibility than other existing software. I can even access my microscope computer in the laboratory from home and control the microscope remotely when I run time-series experiments. During online meetings also getting access to a common computer via TeamViewer is very convenient.
